Howard P. Smith

Howard P. Smith was born and raised in Newport News. He served as an officer in the United States Army and joined his father in the practice of law at Joseph Smith, Ltd. in 1970.
Mr Smith is a member of Rotary International and served as a chairman of the Board of Trustees of Hampton Roads Academy.
Mr. Smith is married to Dorcas C. Smith and has two children, Sydney and Logan.
